we had to do this for the summer learning journey the summer learning journey is were you have to make posters on things and then post them on your blog

Over the past few weeks we have been creating a monster and writing all about it we wrote on each different body part on one body part we had to put a youtube video in it we had to use some adjectives.

What was hard? It was hard to get the dots that we had not used away.

it was easy to write the monster because i knew what to write.

i liked my monster because i liked were the hand was and were the foot was.

the movie at the pool

WALT - to make a movie 
last term my class went down to the Aquatic Centre to go in the pool and film a 3 minute movie we got to swim and go in the deep part of the cold pool and go on the hydro slides.

what i liked i liked that we got to go to the Aquatic centre and swim
what was hard it was kinda hard to push the button on the go pro and go down the hydro slide at the same time

pick a path

over the past few weeks of the term we have been doing pick a paths we had to get into groups of three then we had to make a poster and plan around and pick what theme we were going to do we chose horror once we planed some stuff we made a slide and we had to pick a fairy tale we did little red riding hood we had to write a horror little red riding hood once we wrote a bit we had to link stuff then we did back rounds then when we push the links it takes us to the slide.

my favourite thing was the linking because i have never linked before and i was just proud of it.

it was hard to work together because everybody kept deleting other peoples writing and writing  what they want to write.

Next time i would put some more slides into it because we did not have that much slides in it.

how to do division

for the last few weeks we have been doing division we have been skip counting and doing the cup method to help us work it out and help us if we need it.
i think that division is a lot easier now that i know different ways to do it

week 3 reflection on goal

My goal is to get over 6 activities in my chapter chat reading.

so far i have not reached my goal.

To reach my goal i need to work harder.

Next week i will work harder i will do all my must does first.

I found hard was to do the eyes  stomach and the  hands.
I found easy was to do the feet heart and lips.

WALT-under stand matariki though a range of tasks.

i liked that we had easy fun tasks to do.
i found easy was writing it all.
the hard part was to get most of the tasks finished.

gardening with Eli.

WALT-gardening.

today me and my class went with Te Hiringa  and Eli to do gardening it was fun but at first we had to stand and wait a bit in the cold. it was Freeing .Then  we got a group and some seeds and soil and push the seeds into the soil then we  put gloves on and push some  pumpkin seeds in the soil. we did gardening to  represent Tupuanuku  from the seven stars.

i like putting seeds in the soil container.

 it was hard to stand in the cold and wait.

it was easy to put the seeds in the container and push them down.

i like that it was easy.

it was hard to find some  photos.

i found easy was finding all the writing that i had needed.

Maths

jump jam

This week on Wednesday we had the jump jam person called Bret

I liked doing jump jam because it was fun and he was good at it
I found it hard doing some of the jump jam moves to the songs
I found it easy copying him.

Last week we got to make a burger online then we got to write instructions and then after we got to make them

t was hard to find the write photos for the sentences.
It was easy to write the instructions.

my book about mcdonalds

This is my report on my book.
We had to write an information book on a place in greymouth i did mcdonalds.
We had to  find the location what it is and the history.
I  enjoyed doing the book it was fun to do the background.
I found it hard  looking for the right pitctures for the book.
NSL-to introduce your book so the reader knows what it is about and what they will find out in the text.

it was hard to try to get the circuits it work

this week in maths we have been learning the perimeter and area of a shape

i found this a little hard at the start then a bit more easy when we did it more 

 it was easy to work out the maths

book Week 2019.

last week it was book week we had to dress up I had dressed up as Dorthy from the wizard of Oz. I was Dorthy because i like her and she is a cool  charter.

my Favourite 3  Activity's where looking for the golden ticket,watch the movie,Nadia doing the door.

next year i want to be spongebob or a girl from Narnia.

next year i want the teachers to do a play

what i found hard was looking for the golden ticket because it was hidden good.
